BACKGROUND:
I have been a coach, consultant, speaker, trainer and facilitator for almost 20 years. Prior to formally calling myself a coach, I was a Corporate Director for a rehab Company managing 75 clinical staff including 9 middle managers. I was also responsible for a half million $$ budget. I left that to become a coach while beginning a family. I have over 300 hours of coach training and have coached over 150 clients. My expertise is in identifying goals and beliefs and shifting those limiting beliefs that block my clients' path toward reaching their goals. I have a great sense of intuition and humor and both are fully part of my coaching. I take brilliant people beyond what they thought was ever possible. And they have fun doing it! I also mentor new coaches. I teach and support them to become phenomenal coaches and assist in growing their businesses.
