Hi! I'm Linda O'Neill, and I can speak from experience -- having my own coach was and is the best gift that I ever gave myself! After a long successful career at a Fortune 500 company, I made my own dreams come true. I am now a full-time coach and I love helping others achieve their personal and professional dreams and goals.
My clients include ADD adults, as well as professionals of all ages, who find the supportive and collaborative coaching relationship invaluable. Results my clients have achieved include starting new businesses and careers, improving their relationships at home and work, organizing and decluttering their homes and offices, leading and completing important projects, and living their dreams and happier, more fulfilling lives.
And how do we do that? We work together to get clear about what is really important to them and to understand why. We then develop a plan of action to attain those essential elements.
Many times we become overwhelmed with all that there is to do in life. And we get stuck in our limiting beliefs. I help my clients stay focused on their goals and see their true potential. They take simple steps each week while I provide support, accountability and encouragement through life's challenges. Together we handle these challenges and celebrate successes along the way. The end result is that my clients live more fulfilling and happier lives.
I am a graduate of both the Coaches Certification Institute (CCI) and the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (IPEC). Former Board of Director of the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance (PACA) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). I hold a business degree from Immaculata University.
